Role Summary
The Executive Software Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative sales of premium 3D design, visualization, and engineering software solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience aligned with global enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through digital platforms, inbound leads, referrals, and professional networks.
Drive end-to-end sales activities including requirement discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Promote and sell 3D design and visualization software solutions to engineering firms, manufacturing companies, educational institutions, and design studios.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise, SMB, and institutional clients.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reports using CRM and internal tools.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post- sales engagement.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software sales, B2B sales, inside sales, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE or 3D design software sales.
Hands-on experience in selling products such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk solutions, Rhino, KeyShot, Zbrush or similar 3D engineering/design software will be
highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
Strong understanding of the engineering/design ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, CRM tools, and standard business productivity software.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
