Role Summary
The Executive Software Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative sales of premium 3D design, visualization, and engineering software solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience aligned with global enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
KeyShot (Advanced Rendering & Visualization Software)
- Identify and engage organizations and design teams requiring high-quality rendering and visualization solutions to enhance product development, marketing, and communication workflows.
- Demonstrate KeyShot's real-time rendering, material editing, animation, and workflow integration capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Position KeyShot as a solution for faster design approvals, photorealistic visualization, and reduced time-to-market.
- Drive subscription renewals, license expansions, and enterprise upgrades within existing KeyShot accounts.
- Conduct rendering workflow consultations and coordinate with technical teams for customized demos and trials.
Rhino (3D Modelling & Design Platform)
- Target architects, industrial designers, product designers, marine designers, jewellery designers, and academic institutions using or evaluating Rhino.
- Promote Rhino's precision modelling, parametric design compatibility (Grasshopper), and cross-industry versatility.
- Engage educational institutions for lab licensing, academic partnerships, and training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for Rhino plug-ins and ecosystem expansion within enterprise accounts.
- Provide consultative selling by understanding client workflows and recommending scalable licensing solutions.
Cascadeur (AI-Assisted Animation Software)
- Identify animation studios, gaming companies, VFX studios, film production houses, and educational institutions specializing in animation.
- Position Cascadeur as an AI-powered physics-based animation tool that improves workflow efficiency and realism.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing auto-posing, physics-based motion correction, and integration with major 3D pipelines.
- Drive adoption within gaming and entertainment production pipelines through proof-of-concept discussions.
- Develop relationships with creative directors, animation leads, and studio owners for long-term partnerships.
Cross-Product Sales Responsibilities
- Manage the complete consultative sales lifecycle across KeyShot, Rhino, and Cascadeur portfolios.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on industry fit and product alignment.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems.
- Conduct competitor analysis against alternative rendering, modeling, and animation platforms.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical support, and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic account planning and territory management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software sales, B2B sales, inside sales, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE or 3D design software sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling products such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk solutions, Rhino, KeyShot, Zbrush or similar 3D engineering/design software will be highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of the engineering/design ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, CRM tools, and standard business productivity software.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
