Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Software Sales Executiveto drive the sales of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating product features, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement, and a basic technical understanding of software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain software features and value propositions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide customer feedback.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Software / IT Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Good understanding of software products and basic technical concepts.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of sales funnels and inside sales processes.
- Understanding of product demos, proposals, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
