Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales and License Compliance Executive, based in Noida. The role involves managing software license compliance processes to ensure regulatory adherence, identifying and preventing license violations, and fostering relations with clients. Responsibilities include executing software sales strategies, monitoring compliance with licensing agreements, and supporting communication between stakeholders. This position requires working closely with clients to resolve any disputes related to compliance and contributing towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance and understanding of software licensing laws
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate compliance data and address discrepancies
• Education in Law or related fields is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in sales processes and customer management experience is a plus
• Take phone calls on assigned leads seeking sales of our client's software products
