Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Application Testers with strong expertise in Automation Testing, particularly in the US Healthcare and Billing domains. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, with the ability to ensure compliance and quality across healthcare and billing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and backend applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate requirements into effective test cases.

Validate system functionality against healthcare compliance and billing standards.

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.

Generate test execution reports and ensure adherence to QA processes.

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6-7 years of experience in Automation Testing.

Strong expertise in Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or similar automation tools.

Hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain (eligibility, claims, EDI, HIPAA transactions, compliance).

Solid understanding of Healthcare Billing workflows and financial modules.

Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with API testing (Postman/Rest Assured).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

ISTQB/Healthcare compliance certifications.
