Software Quality Engineer I

Key Deliverables:

• Automate regression tests using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, and SQL.
• Conduct system modifications and ensure software aligns with user and business specifications for retail products in the Japanese market.
• Provide technical support during installation and configuration, and assist customer support teams.
• Plan and design test schedules, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Automate testing processes for regression and performance scenarios.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and collaborate with support teams to resolve them.
• Review and provide feedback on product designs, documentation, and software functionality.
• Work within an Agile environment to meet project scope and delivery dates, ensuring high-quality standards.
