Software Quality Engineer I
Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Automate regression tests using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, and SQL.
- Conduct system modifications and ensure software aligns with user and business specifications for retail products in the Japanese market.
- Provide technical support during installation and configuration, and assist customer support teams.
- Plan and design test schedules, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Role Responsibilities:
- Automate testing processes for regression and performance scenarios.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and collaborate with support teams to resolve them.
- Review and provide feedback on product designs, documentation, and software functionality.
- Work within an Agile environment to meet project scope and delivery dates, ensuring high-quality standards.
