Company Description: Giraf is a fast-paced software development agency currently building a dedicated internal Software Testing team from the ground up. We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join us at this foundational stage. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our quality standards and best practices as we scale our testing capabilities across our suite of websites, mobile apps, and CRM platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the QA process and grow alongside our new department.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Manual Testing: Execute detailed test cases across web, mobile, and CRM platforms to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello, providing clear steps for developers to reproduce the issues.
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Testing: Ensure consistent performance and design across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes to ensure new changes haven't introduced new issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to clarify requirements and advocate for a high-quality user experience.
• Feedback: Participate in regular meetings to report on testing progress and platform stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual).
• Platform Knowledge: Proven experience testing web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and CRM systems.
• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
• Detail-Oriented: A natural ability to spot UI discrepancies, broken links, or logic errors that others might overlook.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues to the development team.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
