Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Hisab's web and mobile applications. You will play a critical role in identifying issues early, improving product quality, and delivering a smooth experience to our users.

• Understand product requirements, workflows, and business use cases in depth
• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
• Participate in release readiness and quality checks
• Continuously improve QA processes, checklists, and testing standards
• Identify edge cases and real-world user scenarios to prevent issues proactively
• Maintain clear and structured test documentation and reports
  

• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and QA methodologies
• Ability to write clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of web and mobile applications (PWA preferred)
• Experience with functional and regression testing
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development process
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset
