About the Company: Repro India Ltd is looking for a experienced Software QA Manager to lead our QA team, define testing strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality processes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual + automation).
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure high-quality product releases by establishing metrics and quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Review requirements and provide input on testability, risks, and quality standards.
- Manage automation frameworks and drive automation adoption across projects.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare QA reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, tools, and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, JMeter, Postman).
- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and regression automation.
- Proficiency in writing test plans, strategies, and test reports.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to security testing or mobile testing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
