Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated/manual test scripts .
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and workflow testing across various systems.
Identify , document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA/Xray , and work closely with developers to resolve them.
Participate in Agile/KANBAN development processes, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Provide QA leadership , mentoring junior team members, and maintaining test documentation and best practices.
Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements.
Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating test suites into Jenkins and similar tools.
Required Skills and Qualification
8-12 years of experience in Software QA, with at least 4 years in Financial Services .
Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycle .
Experience with buy-side and sell-side OMS platforms , such as Fidessa, CRIMS, EMSX , or similar.
Hands-on experience with Java-Selenium , Ranorex , or Tricentis TOSCA for automated testing.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and familiarity with Databricks for data validation and backend testing.
Experience with JIRA/Xray , Agile development methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN), and QA planning tools.
Familiarity with Jenkins
