Hiring: Software QA Engineer – Automation & AI Testing

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to drive end-to-end quality assurance of our enterprise SaaS applications, covering functional, workflow, UI, API, regression and performance testing.

The ideal candidate should combine strong manual testing fundamentals with hands-on automation experience and the ability to adopt AI-powered testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end functional, UI/cosmetic, workflow, integration and regression testing.
Understand BRDs, FSDs and user stories to develop comprehensive test cases and business scenarios.
Validate positive, negative, boundary and exception scenarios across complex enterprise workflows.
Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, execution and defect detection.
Perform API testing using Postman and REST API automation.
Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or k6.
Validate role-based access, approval hierarchies, data integrity and multi-tenant application behaviour.
Integrate automated tests with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
Track defects, perform root-cause analysis and support Dev → QA → UAT → Production releases.

Required Skills

3–4 years of hands-on software testing experience.
Strong functional and automation testing skills.
Experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
API testing and SQL/database validation.
Experience testing enterprise web applications and complex business workflows.
Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD and defect-tracking tools.
Exposure to AI-powered testing platforms such as Testsigma, Momentic, testRigor or equivalent is an advantage.

Preferred: Experience in enterprise SaaS, ERP, Procurement, Asset Management, ITSM or financial applications.
