At least 10+ years of experience and over 2+ years in Technical project management roles.
Responsible for driving technical projects -by understanding the technical components and their dependencies, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing execution plans - and ensuring timely delivery
Plan, monitor, and drive project execution, and provide effective status and progress metrics to relevant Stakeholders.
Understand technical aspects and solutions in Product engineering from inception to deployment.
Work with the engineering leadership to establish a roadmap & facilitate technical decisions or trade-offs to ensure clarity across teams.
Use SDLC experience, technical background, and product knowledge to identify risks, issues and drive their resolution proactively.
Drive process adoption, analyze current processes & practices, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fellow Project/Program managers, Engineering and Cloud Operations team to collaborate & ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with internal Security groups for vulnerability management, code security & drive security posture improvement.
Has a complete understanding of the implementation proposed plan given at the time of sales.
Accurately estimate and provide input into the forecast budget and resource demand.
Understand the change management process.
Strong understanding of risk management.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skill
Exposure in Dot net projects, MS SQL, CICD, DevOps tools, Microservice, etc
Have experience in an Agile working environment
Expertise with project management software such as Microsoft Project, azure Devops.
Expertise in Software Estimation.
Demonstrated competency in managing a team of 10+ resources.
Knowledge of the Payments Industry and Financial Services is an advantage.
