As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Bengaluru team and help deliver customer and partner projects across our global business.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software implementation projects while working closely with Product, Sales, DevOps, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and planning sessions
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile delivery practices

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing software delivery projects
  • Experience delivering software projects within a global technology or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Zoho, or Monday.com
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
