Must have skills: Backend Development (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Relational Databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Unit & Integration Testing, hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), strong Computer Science fundamentals
Good to have skills: Frontend Development (React / Angular / HTML), building custom AI skills / tools / agents
Experience: Minimum 9 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT or equivalent top-tier college)

As a Software Prod & Plat Engineer at Accenture LearnVantage (ALV), you'll be a deeply hands-on, AI-native engineer who owns modules end-to-end, deploys AI agents to move fast, and applies rigorous and responsible engineering judgment to everything that ships. You steer AI in the right direction - and because your CS fundamentals are strong, you're never fazed by a language or stack you haven't used before.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and own backend services and features end-to-end, hands-on in code.
Use AI development tools (Cursor / Claude) day in, day out - and build custom skills/tools/agents that boost your team's productivity so they focus on business problems.
Uphold a high bar: review, verify, and own every line - using AI rigorously and responsibly.
Drive quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and solid engineering hygiene (Git, CI/CD, deployments).
Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar on the team.
Turn ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable, well-engineered solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on backend development in a widely used language (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), backed by solid CS fundamentals.
Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests.
Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), ideally extended with custom skills/tools.
Experience building systems that scale - high throughput, real complexity.
Good to have: working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
