Job Description

Software License management / Applications Lead:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software License Management / Applications Lead to oversee the implementation and ongoing support of the Snow Project and Applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence in software asset management and application lead role. The successful candidate will lead application maintenance, drive audit readiness, and ensure robust processes and documentation are in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Snow Project Implementation: Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Snow License Manager and related modules.
  • Will be responsible to overall lead application support and will have applications under support and configuration and driving the operations, maintaining security, OS patching, VAPT, CA etc.
  • Application Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of license management applications, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
  • SOP Compliance: Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for license management and application support.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Proactively monitor systems, manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Issue Tracking: Maintain logs of problems, resolutions, and escalations using ITSM tools.
  • Audit Readiness: Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external compliance checks.
  • Reporting: Generate and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on license usage, compliance, and system performance.
  • Successful rollout and stabilization of Snow License Manager.
  • Comprehensive SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
  • Timely resolution of incidents and proactive monitoring reports.
  • Regular compliance and performance reports for stakeholders.

Skills

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software license management or application support.
  • Knowledge of software asset management (SAM) best practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).

Experience: 8-10 years
