- 8 to 12 years of experience in embedded software design and development.
- experience in automotive software development with functional safety development process. (familiarity with ISO 26262, PART6 is desirable)
- experience in AUTOSAR architecture and development workflow
- experience in leading and managing a team
- experience in AUTOSAR components configuration and Integration
- experience in embedded software development
- experience in model based software development(MBD) using Simulink
- Can analyze customer specification and prepare software requirement specification.
- Can prepare software development plan using WBS.
- Can do software design and do documenting using UML diagrams (Block diagram, Sequence diagram, State machine, State transition diagram, Data flow diagram)
- Can do software design and code review based on quality and safety process checklists.

- Has experience in Battery Management System (BMS) development.
