Hiring India-wide: EMS Product Delivery Team (6–10 hires) — Figma App/Web + Design System + Graphic Datasheets + Blender 3D + Odoo ERP + (Optional) Full-Stack / QA — Bootcamp South Goa → Remote
Company / Project Overview
We are building a modern Energy Management System (EMS) ecosystem: mobile app, web portals, device onboarding flows, monitoring dashboards, and documentation assets (datasheets/manuals/catalogues) — supported by Odoo ERP for real operations.
This is a connected product suite with hardware devices (inverters, batteries, smart switches, meters, EV chargers) and a software layer that must be clear for both installers and end-users. We need a compact team that delivers production-quality output fast, with strict structure, versioning, and handoff.
We hire across all India. You join a mandatory bootcamp in South Goa, then work remote with weekly output targets and structured reviews.
Location & Work Model (important)
- Recruiting: anywhere in India
- Phase 1 — Bootcamp: South Goa (on-site)
- Phase 2 — Remote: full remote from anywhere in India
Bootcamp is mandatory to set one shared production standard: file structure, naming, component rules, export rules, review cadence, QA checklist. After bootcamp, you should deliver assets usable immediately by engineering/operations/sales/support.
Contract / Timeline
- Contract: 4+ months (extendable)
- Start: ASAP (rolling start)
- Weekly measurable delivery cadence
- Long-term collaboration possible for strong performers
Who we are hiring (multiple roles)
Apply for one primary role (optional: mention a secondary skill).
Core hiring tracks
- Figma UI/UX Designer — Mobile App (2–4 hires)
- Figma UI/UX Designer — Web Platform (1–2 hires)
- Design System / UI Librarian (1 hire) (Figma components + rules + QA)
- Graphic Designer — Datasheets / Catalogues (1–2 hires) (A4 technical style)
- Blender 3D Product Visualiser (1 hire) (consistent product renders)
- Odoo ERP Functional Consultant / Configurator (1 hire) (MRP/Inventory/Purchase/Projects/Helpdesk; accounting basics)
Optional (if you are strong)
- Full-Stack Engineer (1–2 hires) (React + API + DB or equivalent)
- QA / Test Engineer (1 hire) (flows, edge cases, regression)
What we build (context)
- Installer mode vs consumer mode
- Device onboarding (scan/activate/pair/connect/commission)
- Monitoring dashboards (solar, battery, grid import/export, load)
- Controls (modes, schedules, safety limits)
- Alerts & faults (diagnostics, logs, support handover)
- Multi-device homes (smart switch / meter / battery / inverter / EV charger)
- Documentation assets + installation photo rules
- ERP workflows for purchasing, inventory, production, support
Role Details (choose one track)TRACK 1 — Figma UI/UX Designer (Mobile App)
Mission: Build an app installers/end-users understand in seconds: clean flows, clear microcopy, consistent components, hard to misconfigure.
You will do
- Onboarding per device type + activation (QR/serial/discovery/pairing/commissioning)
- Installer proof gates (photo uploads, upstream verification, load-line validation)
- States: empty/loading/offline/error + repair guidance
- Permissions/connectivity/fallback logic (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth)
- Developer-ready handoff: components/variants, screen naming/versioning, interaction notes, export rules
Deliverables
- Flow maps (FigJam) + screen sets with consistent naming (P0, P1, etc.)
- Component usage notes + QA checklist per flow (edge cases included)
Success looks like
- New installer commissions without WhatsApp calls
- Dangerous settings blocked unless proof provided
- Fewer support tickets due to UI guardrails
TRACK 2 — Figma UI/UX Designer (Web Platform)
Mission: Web experience that complements the app: portals for installers/partners/ops/support (and potentially customers).
You will do
- Responsive web screens (desktop-first)
- Information architecture: device lists, alerts, logs, warranties
- Admin UI patterns: tables, filters, search, detail views, export
- Consistent with app design system
Deliverables
- Page templates + component patterns + handoff notes/acceptance criteria
TRACK 3 — Design System / UI Librarian (Figma)
Mission: Make delivery fast by making the system strict: components, variants, naming, spacing, typography, icon rules.
You will do
- Build/maintain component library + tokens (spacing/radius/typography/color semantics)
- Define do not rules + weekly audits + cleanup
- Add mini documentation inside Figma
Deliverables
- Component library + token sheet + audit log
TRACK 4 — Graphic Designer (Datasheets / Catalogues / Manuals)
Mission: Production-ready technical A4 datasheets & catalogues — clean, consistent, export-perfect.
You will do
- Datasheet template system (grids, styles, spec tables, icon/diagram system)
- Catalogue layouts with strict hierarchy
- Diagrams: installation overview, wiring concepts, label callouts
- Batch production across SKUs with correct versioning
Deliverables
- Editable source + export PDFs, spec tables, icon/diagram library, production checklist
TRACK 5 — Blender 3D Product Visualiser
Mission: Consistent renders across product families: same angles, lighting, materials, export packs.
You will do
- Clean studio scenes + consistent camera/lighting
- Model/refine products from briefs/dimensions
- Materials: plastics, brushed metal, glass, labels
- Render packs (front/side/3-4/detail) + naming/version rules
Deliverables
- .blend sources + 4K/web outputs + transparent exports where needed + render guide
TRACK 6 — Odoo ERP Functional Consultant / Configurator

You will do
- Configure modules: Inventory, Purchase, Sales basics, Projects, Helpdesk (+ accounting basics as needed)
- Setup product master data, vendors, BOMs, warehouses/routes
- Roles/permissions + documentation + training
- Prepare daily operations: receiving, picking, shipping, support tickets
Deliverables
- Configuration docs, process maps + SOP checklists, master data templates, pilot readiness checklist
Optional TRACK 7 — Full-Stack Engineer
Frontend (React), backend APIs, DB (Postgres), integrations/logging. Evaluated on structure, reliability, shipping.
Optional TRACK 8 — QA / Test Engineer
Test plans + edge cases + weekly regression. Deliverables: test cases, bug repro steps, release readiness checklist.
Bootcamp (South Goa) — what happens
Bootcamp = production setup + delivery standardization.
- Week 0 (before travel): portfolio confirmed, quick intro call, starter pack + first tasks
- Week 1 (on-site): tool setup, golden standard outputs, daily review loops
- Week 2 to 6 or 8 (on-site): scale output, QA checklists, handoff practice
Exit criteria: you deliver without constant supervision; naming/versioning correct; files organized/reusable; output matches system. Then remote.
How we work
- Weekly sprint goals + mid-week check + end-week accept/reject review
- Non-negotiable: no messy files, no random naming, no untracked changes, no almost done without handoff notes
- Communication: short daily progress notes + flag blockers early
Portfolio requirements (mandatory)
Apply with a portfolio that matches your track.
- Figma: 1–2 full flows, components/system thinking, states (error/empty/loading), short rationale
- Graphic: datasheets/spec tables/manuals/catalogues, grid/typography discipline
- Blender: product renders (not characters), consistent studio output, material realism, clean packs
- Odoo: modules configured, process mapping, documentation/SOP examples, master data templates
Selection process
Portfolio screen → 15–25 min practical interview → short paid trial task (where possible) → offer + bootcamp scheduling.
