Software Implementation Executive - Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000

Responsibilities:

To implement the custom made software LIKE AssetsAdm.com, WecareXM for customers.

Business Analysis, End user training, day to day support to enhance customer success.

Software demonstration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including software vendors, partners, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with the technical team to create proper user manuals and documentation.

Collaborate with development team and customer for the change request and enhancement.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing accounts.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to software support

Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on customer support and feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Technical, business, marketing, or a related field.

Bcom/BSc/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA/BTech or other advanced degrees are a plus.

Knowledge of software solutions and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English is must.

Knowledge of Hindi and other local languages are added advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
