Software Implementation & Training Executive
Job Summary
CargoFL is looking for a Software Implementation & Training Executive who will be responsible for software installation, client onboarding, user training, and basic customer support. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure smooth implementation and effective usage of the CargoFL software platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CargoFL software for clients
- Conduct online and onsite software training sessions
- Help customers understand software features and workflows
- Provide basic technical support and resolve user issues
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution
- Assist clients during onboarding and implementation process
- Maintain training records and client communication
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client training if required
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
