Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, developers, program managers, testers, and the information development team to define clear requirements at the Product System level.
  • Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and actively participate in an Agile work environment.
  • Clarify use case stories from Product Owners and work closely with Designers to ensure thorough understanding of development requirements.
  • Accurately estimate development tasks with a high level of precision (>85% accuracy).
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the same sprint, including development, unit tests, and integration tests.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, taking the initiative to complete tasks without supervision and proactively anticipating needs.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to standards such as:
  • Code reviews
  • Unit testing automation
  • Integration testing prior to delivery to System Test.
  • Evaluate test results and assist design engineers with root cause analysis in case of test failures, providing solutions and performing debugging to fix issues or enhance performance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in product development related to Battery or Energy systems.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Embedded System development and deployment, including structured text programming.
  • Familiarity with the .Net framework, specifically in C# and WPF desktop application development (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python is desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience/knowledge of Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Familiarity with the full life cycle of software product development, with hands-on experience in test execution and automation.
