Location: Chandigarh – Onsite University Deployment

Hiring as an External Recruitment Partner

We are looking for 1–3 YOE Software Engineers who can code well and mentor engineering students while staying hands-on with real development projects.

• Strong Core Java (Mandatory)
• Experience in any frontend or backend tech (Java/Python/JS/Go/C#/C++ etc.)
• Good understanding of Web Architecture & SQL
• Solid debugging & problem-solving
• Excellent communication & mentoring ability

• Mentor 3rd & 4th year engineering students
• Teach concepts, solve coding challenges, and guide projects
• Work on BridgeLabz in-house development projects
• Full-time onsite role (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM)

• Experience: 1–3 years
• Salary: 4 – 5.5 LPA
• Type: Permanent
• Interview: Online Round Final F2F (Mandatory)
• Joining: Immediate to 30 days
