Job Description
Position Summary:
Candidate will work in fast-paced, high-energy team focusing on design & development of the Session Border Controller (SBC) product. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end feature development which includes requirements discussions, design, coding, unit/feature testing, bug fixing, and working closely with test team.
Experience and Skills:
- Expert in one or more VoIP protocols such as SIP
- Experience developing and sustaining VOIP products such as SBCs, B2BUAs
- Experience in development of telecom signaling protocols and call control logic.
- Strong programming experience in C / C++ on any Linux platform with good debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in telecom software design and development
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of RTP, RTCP, SRTP, audio/video codecs and basics of transcoding
- Preferably having experience on any of the cloud platforms such as Openstack, Amazon AWS, VMware etc
- Hands on experience with SIPp and tools such as valgrind, flexelint
Education:
B.E, B.Tech / M.E, M.Tech degree in Computer science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
