Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain highquality software solutions using .NET, Angular/React, and modern microservicebased architectures. The Senior Software Engineer (SSE) will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of secure, efficient, and maintainable applications. This role also supports the team by promoting best development practices, mentoring peers, and contributing to continuous improvement across the engineering lifecycle.

• Understand user expectations, analyze requirements, and develop technical solutions.
• Raise timely clarifications with stakeholders to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Follow all established development practices, coding standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure architectural principles and security standards are adhered to across solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and improvement activities.
• Contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and highperformance applications.
