We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, automation, and secure delivery of software systems across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CI/CD engineering, DevSecOps practices, hybrid OT/IT architectures, infrastructure-as-code, and edge system enablement. This role demands technical excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant deployment foundations that support both cloud and industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI and Azure DevOps for applications running across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments
- Standardize workflows for automated build, testing, security scanning, code signing, versioning, release gating, and deployment to ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability
- Embed DevSecOps principles into every stage of the pipeline, integrating automated security scans, compliance checks, and artifact integrity validation
- Develop and maintain deployment frameworks bridging Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments, enabling secure updates to remote assets including controllers and edge devices
- Implement robust software delivery mechanisms over intermittent and low-bandwidth networks typical of remote industrial and wind farm environments
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies to manage cloud, on-premises, and edge infrastructure in a scalable and repeatable manner
- Develop observability solutions capturing metrics, logs, and traces, and implement monitoring dashboards to enable proactive operations management
- Enforce zero-trust principles and IEC62443-aligned security practices across systems, pipelines, and deployment architectures
- Implement artifact lifecycle management ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance from development through deployment
- Develop automated workflow
Our Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or infrastructure automation
- Strong expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Proven experience implementing DevSecOps practices including automated security scanning, artifact signing, and compliance enforcement
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar
- Strong understanding of hybrid OT/IT architectures and secure edge deployment models
- Experience with versioning strategies, release orchestration, rollback mechanisms, and gated deployments
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
- Experience implementing observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) and operational dashboards
- Understanding of zero-trust security principles and secure software supply chain practices
- Experience working with distributed systems and remote deployments over constrained networks
- Ability to create technical documentation, datasheets, application notes and working instructions
- Coordination on technical aspects and have a broader perspective of the product

- Experience working in regulated or industrial domains (e.g., wind, energy, industrial automation, automotive)
- Familiarity with IEC62443 or similar cybersecurity standards
- Experience with edge computing platforms and IoT device management
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines or MLOps practices
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
