Requirement:
8+ years of experience with strong Backend Engineering expertise (Java/Go/Python preferred).
Mandatory Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.).
Preference for candidates from database product companies.
Experience in team management, system design, and building scalable distributed systems.
Must have hands-on experience managing engineering teams of 6-10 ppl.
