About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager Cloud Operations to lead and scale our Cloud Operations and DevOps initiatives. You will manage a high-performing team, drive operational excellence across cloud platforms, and ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability as we grow.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Cloud Operations / DevOps team.
Drive operational excellence across cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP/Azure).
Build and maintain highly available, scalable and cost-effective cloud
environments.
Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and
incident management.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.
Drive cloud security and compliance best practices (IAM, policies, auditing).
Mentor and grow the team foster a strong DevOps culture.
Partner with leadership to align cloud strategy with business goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements:
8-12 years experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or SRE roles.
2-3 years of experience managing or leading small to medium-sized technical teams.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
Experience managing cloud costs and driving optimization.
Startup experience: adaptable, fast-moving, used to scaling systems and teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
Exposure to data platforms and ML infrastructure.
Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
