Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field is mandatory.
5+ years of direct leadership experience, including coaching, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Extensive full-stack development experience, particularly proficient in C# and .NET
Excellent communication skills, adept at navigating the organization and facilitating strategic discussions with key stakeholders.
Senior-level experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams.
Proven track record in identifying and acquiring strategic talent, along with strategic resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations.
Proactively shares knowledge, expertise, and perspectives with team members and business partners.
Self-directed individual capable of setting clear team goals, ensuring accountability, and driving long-term technical roadmaps.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
