The Opportunity

We're building ManyJobs a platform connecting job seekers with entry-level sales, service, and manufacturing jobs at scale. Think multilingual voice AI, intelligent matching, and infrastructure that serves millions. What You'll Own

• Architect and scale a distributed platform handling real-world complexity multi-language voice agents, geo-aware search, and high-throughput matching
• Drive engineering excellence across the full stack backend services, APIs, web, and mobile
• Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, DevOps engineers, and QA
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Kubernetes orchestration
• Ship fast, ship often you'll be measured on execution, not slide decks

What You Bring

• 8+ years in software engineering with at least 23 years leading engineering teams
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with React Native or Flutter for mobile app development
• Strong HLD & LLD skills you can whiteboard a system and also review a pull request
• Proven track record with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud environments
• Full-stack engineering chops you've built and shipped, not just managed
• Fluency in AI/ML-powered product development you actively leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation in your engineering workflow
• Obsession with code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
