Hiring: Software Engineering Manager – SAP

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager – SAP to lead enterprise SAP application development, integrations, and delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor SAP engineering teams

• Manage SAP projects, enhancements, and integrations

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

• Ensure code quality, testing, security, and scalability

• Drive Agile delivery and engineering best practices

Required Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP

• API & enterprise integrations

• Agile/Scrum methodology

• Technical leadership & stakeholder management

• Software development lifecycle expertise

Preferred:

• SAP implementation/migration experience

• SAP CPI / PI-PO integrations

• DevOps & CI/CD knowledge

• Experience in enterprise/global environments

• Candidates with strong academic backgrounds from IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent premier institutions and experience in reputed product-based or enterprise organizations will be preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

3+ years in software engineering, technical leadership, or engineering management with SAP expertise.
