We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager / Engineering Manager to lead talented engineering teams building modern cloud-native platforms at scale.

This role combines technical leadership, architecture ownership, people management, and hands-on engineering. You'll drive the design and delivery of scalable microservices-based systems while mentoring engineers and influencing technology strategy.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams

✅ Drive architecture and technical decision-making

✅ Build scalable applications using Node.js, Golang, or Java

✅ Design cloud-native solutions and microservices architectures

✅ Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders

✅ Champion engineering excellence, quality, and operational reliability

What We're Looking For

✔ 10–18 years of software engineering experience

✔ Strong coding background in Node.js, Golang, or Java

✔ Experience leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale systems

✔ Strong understanding of Microservices and Distributed Architectures

✔ AWS Cloud experience

✔ Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD exposure preferred

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
