Software Engineering Manager, Fullstack

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a scrum team of junior and senior full-stack engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, senior management, and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Architect, design, and develop enterprise application features using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, and other modern frameworks.
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps principles across the development lifecycle.
• Oversee code quality, performance monitoring, and test automation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage container-based development using AKS, Service Fabric, and other cloud technologies.
• Utilize messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka for scalable communication between services.
• Lead the design and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Monitor and report on development metrics, code performance, and team efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team.
• Conduct performance appraisals, career path discussions, and manage critical team communications.
