Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Manager -

• Lead and manage engineering teams delivering and supporting CRM, data platforms, and products/services, using Salesforce, Azure, Google Cloud, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Own technical feasibility and end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with business needs.
• Lead hiring, coaching and development of engineers, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and engineering capability.
• Provide technical leadership, solution architecture and design.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivery effectiveness across projects and products.

• Experience as a senior engineer and as an engineering manager

• Good understanding of CRM (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce) and low-code architectures and customization capabilities
• Familiarity with Azure (or Google, AWS) cloud services
• Experience designing solutions and architecture
• Experience driving modern software engineering practices
• Experience with integrations and data migration
