About The Role
As a
Software Engineer Lead, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, share your expertise, and continue developing your technical and leadership skills while delivering scalable, high‑quality products.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions as part of a collaborative team
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers or colleagues
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Assist with planning and estimating work for upcoming projects
- Support other teams and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Communicate effectively and work well with people from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and guide others through problem solving
- Proficiency in .NET Core and React
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting
- Experience in application design, root‑cause analysis, and development of shared or reusable components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Understanding of security engineering principles and their application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical or IT field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or mentorship role
- Experience working in a developer enablement or platform engineering role
