Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain scalable Angular components aligned with FICO's centralized design system.
- Lead implementation of micro-frontend interfaces and feature pages for FICO Platform using Angular, HTML, CSS, and IRIS components.
- Provide technical mentorship, set Angular best practices, and support cross-functional teams through IRIS office hours and documentation.
- Build developer tools and explore Backend-for-Frontend patterns using Node.js to improve developer experience and performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and high-performing UI components.
- Optimize performance of the IRIS component library through lazy loading, tree shaking, and structured repo management.
- Drive technical direction of large frontend codebases, lead code reviews, and contribute to scalable design system strategies.
- Stay current with emerging frontend trends and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with accessibility standards and enterprise requirements.
