Software Engineering Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ETL architecture, data models, and transformation rules
• Design and develop ETL applications to support multiple integration and analytics initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert and technical advisor on project teams
• Lead and manage both employees and consultants across multiple ETL projects
• Review and approve ETL designs and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices
• Assist with data analysis, data profiling, and metadata management activities
• Define and enforce ETL standards, development processes, and data quality controls
• Plan and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, and system testing
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes for ETL development and deployment
• Mentor and guide team members on ETL best practices and technical standards
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across teams
