Software Engineering Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-stack development including triage, design, coding, and implementation of AI solutions
• Build enterprise-grade AI platforms with focus on privacy, security, and fairness
• Conduct code reviews with scrum teams and approve code for production deployment
• Conduct research to identify new solutions and methods to meet evolving business needs
• Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets for performance, availability, security, and capacity
• Collaborate closely with delivery partners, architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams
• Design and implement portal integrations, enhancements, and automation requests for AI systems
