Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker-based container orchestration.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement metadata management and data classification across structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-native applications and deployments.
- Support data engineering initiatives and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Work within healthcare domain compliance frameworks and standards where applicable.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant Data Engineering Experience.
- 6-7 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker for container orchestration and deployment, GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- 6-7 years of hands-on experience with Unix scripting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Metadata management and data classification scans across structured and unstructured data environments.
- 6-7 years of experience working with any relational or NoSQL database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to healthcare domain standards, compliance, and data governance practices.
- Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in data governance, metadata frameworks, and data security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
