Software Engineering Associate Advisor
Position Overview
The Evernorth Core Platform Engineering team is seeking a
Front-End Software Engineering Associate Advisor to design and develop intuitive, high-performing user interfaces. You will leverage your expertise in modern front-end technologies to deliver scalable, responsive, and accessible applications that meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into elegant, user-friendly front-end solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using React.js, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in front-end development or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, React Native, Node.js and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience building front-end applications.
Desired Experience
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
