Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, ITBM, CSM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration
  • Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and patches
  • Troubleshoot advanced custom applications and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to deliver updates, fixes, and new features
  • Coach and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices and development standards
  • Maintain day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and reliability
  • Contribute to configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems
  • Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for team knowledge sharing
