Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and optimize software solutions, focusing on backend development and system architecture. Responsibilities include writing efficient code, following Object-Oriented Programming principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and scalability of solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and improving system performance to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and experience building scalable and secure web applications
• 3+ years of experience in a faced pace environment
• Software Development and Programming expertise, with a focus on modern programming languages
• Knowledge of database technologies and efficient data handling practices including Mongo, Elastic
• Experience with version control tools and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in working with cloud computing platforms is a plus
