  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all Workday integrations are fully compliant with data privacy and security standards, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with stakeholders across various regions and time zones to ensure strong alignment with business goals and transformation roadmaps.
  • Technology Adoption: Demonstrate an open and proactive attitude toward learning new non-Workday technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, middleware tools, API frameworks) to broaden integration capabilities.
  • HR Technology Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the broader HR technology roadmap by identifying strategic integration opportunities and actively supporting digital innovation within the HR landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Workday HCM data model, business processes, and security framework.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Growth Mindset: A genuine growth mindset and a strong willingness to step beyond traditional Workday boundaries to support Maersk's broader digital transformation goals.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in global organizations and comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Nice to Have:
