Software Engineer with a Public Open-Source Track Record (Remote, Part-Time)

If you have real code in public repositories, this is a well-paid, part-time way to use it in AI.

You create, solve and grade demanding software engineering tasks that AI coding systems are trained and tested on: unfamiliar codebases, real bugs, real fixes, proper tests. You learn how these systems are built while you are paid for it.

What it pays and takes

• $100 to $150 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor

• Around 15 hours a week, weekends fine; fully remote, India

• You need a public code portfolio (GitHub or similar) with substantial code you wrote or maintain, and strong engineering in at least one area
