We're Hiring | Software Engineer – Web & Mobile Applications

Real Time Applications Center (RTAC) is looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolhapur.

You'll work on software products and business applications across Banking & Finance and other enterprise domains, including web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
Build software solutions for banking and financial products.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise systems.
Work with databases and third-party integrations.
Write clean, scalable, production-ready code.
Debug issues and improve application performance.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with QA, Product, UI/UX, and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
Knowledge of Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
Experience with any modern programming language/framework.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
