Software Engineer - Web

Required Qualifications

●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

●5+ years of hands-on experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

●Familiarity with setting up, configuring, and using Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) such as Akamai, Cloudflare, or AWS CloudFront.

●Strong debugging skills for client-side code, including experience with browser developer tools and network analysis.

●Experience with version control (Git/GitHub), issue tracking (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.

●Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving high-traffic, production-level issues in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

●Experience with tag management solutions, analytics platforms, or similar tracking/pixel-based integrations.

●Experience with Akamai Edge Computing products, especially Edge Side Includes (ESI).

●Familiarity with AWS-based services (S3, CloudFront, EC2, Lambda), Azure, or other cloud providers.

●Knowledge of server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, or similar) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

●Experience working with large-scale partner integrations or e-commerce platforms.

●Basic understanding of load balancers, proxies, and global traffic management.
