Software Engineer

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team to support and evolve our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is hands-on with the platform and has a solid understanding of its features and capabilities. This role will focus on development of new features and enhancements, as well as support of existing systems and functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions using Apex, reusable LWC, Visualforce, SOQL statements leveraging Salesforce development best practices.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code, while maintaining code quality and test coverage.
• Work closely with Technical Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand the business vision, needs, and problems and translate that into technical solutions that best leverage the platform.
• Work in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, maintenance, and Quality Assurance testing.
• Support Technical Product Managers and business users during User Acceptance Testing, analyze and remediate issues and defects.
• Work closely with the Salesforce Platform team during code deployment.
• Manage post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, Preparing formal project documentation and application bug fixes.
• Provide production support where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Digital Experience cloud platforms)
• Solid working knowledge of the Lightning Framework
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
• Proficient with editors such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com.
• Working experience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST API, SOAP; Experience with tools like Jitterbit or MuleSoft will be preferred.
• Possess the following Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience with CRM Analytics, Conga CPQ or Field service will be a plus.
