Java developer, with past experience in QA ,who has practically implemented AI-driven testing, CI/CD automation, and observability, preferably within financial-domain projects.
we are looking for individuals who can design, develop, and drive the adoption of AI-powered automation solutions that can be leveraged across a broad range of teams and use cases. The focus is on building reusable tools, libraries, testing agents, and AI-driven capabilities rather than supporting a single project.
While a testing background is important, these roles are not primarily focused on test planning or test execution. Instead, we are looking for software engineers with automation (or strong automation engineer) and AI expertise who can build scalable solutions and engage with users to understand requirements, gather feedback, and drive adoption
