Job Description

'4–8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years of hands-on FSO/CSM implementation experience.Design, configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow CSM and FSO solutions. Participate in the complete implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Configure FSO capabilities including Financial Data Model, case management, disputes, client lifecycle, banking/insurance processes, and related workflows. Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies. Servicenow Business Analysis Rest API's Microservices
