Offshore UAT Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Offshore UAT Coordinator with strong banking domain expertise to lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. The ideal candidate will independently manage their deliverables, including UAT planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, defect management, and business sign-off. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Independently own and prepare all UAT deliverables, including test plans, test case preparation, execution schedules, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and validate UAT requirements.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.
• Independently coordinate and execute UAT planning, test data preparation, environment readiness, and execution activities.
• Track UAT defect lifecycle, including defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor UAT progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and escalate to project leadership appropriately.
• Prepare and distribute UAT status reports, dashboards, and metrics to project stakeholders.
• Ensure all critical business scenarios are tested and meet business expectations before production deployment.
• Facilitate UAT sign-off processes with business stakeholders by providing necessary documentation and test evidence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for offshore UAT activities, ensuring seamless communication with onshore teams.
