Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on GenAI Developer to create AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions utilizing AWS AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI applications using Bedrock and related AWS services, as well as Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Build conversational AI assistants and enterprise copilots to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Develop prompt templates and orchestration workflows to optimize AI interactions.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and APIs for seamless functionality.
• Build AI agents for task automation to enhance productivity.
• Optimize prompts, latency, token usage, and cost for efficient AI performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative development environment.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in AI/LLM skills including prompt engineering, RAG implementation, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation basics.
• Expertise in AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM basics.
• Advanced knowledge of Copilot technologies including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and Azure OpenAI basics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js or JavaScript, REST APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, Git, and CI/CD.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices (Deal Breaker Skill).
  
  

Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in AI, AWS, or Microsoft technologies will be an advantage.
