Software Engineer

• Design and development of solutions that integrate Marklogic with existing enterprise platforms and systems
• Develop/Support XQuery, JavaScript, CORB and REST modules on the Marklogic technology stack using DHF
• Create, execute, and document unit testing using Marklogic Unit test framework
• Work with the data analysts to assess and troubleshoot potential data quality issues at attribute level
• Understand the functional/non-functional requirements and involve in discussions with Analysts
• Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge in Marklogic.
• Expected to work collaboratively within the team on development using XQuery, XML/JSON & XSLT.
• Bring in new ideas and innovations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Marklogic Database version 9 & above, search APIs and features.
• Strong conceptual knowledge in Marklogic architecture, security.
• Experience with XML schema/content modelling in Marklogic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in tools like CORB, MLCP, XQSync, Splunk etc.
• High performance solution design – knowledge in DHF 4.x/5,x, Template Driven Extraction
• Experience with Gradle or Roxy framework for code deployment.
• Knowledge on semantics and triples
• Hands-on experience in developing and debugging RestFul APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on another NoSQL like Cassandra, MongoDB will be add-on.
